Six Major Construction Materials Under American Standard-Compliant Supply Chains

CAPABILITIES
01

I. MGO - Magnesium Oxide Board: Core Substrate for Modular Housing (Full-Cycle American Standard Compliance)

Throughout the supply chain, MGO-Magnesium Oxide Board adheres to American standards ASTM C1289 (Fiber-Reinforced Cement Panels) and ASTM E119 (Building Fire Tests) from raw material procurement to delivery. Raw materials include high-purity MgO/MgCl₂ (meeting ANSI A118.12) and EPA-certified modifiers, ensuring no formaldehyde release.

Production follows ISO 9001; automated lines achieve ±0.1% batching accuracy. UL-tested for density and compressive strength, the board meets modular/prefabricated housing stability needs—it holds a Class A fire rating (per American standards) and complies with ASTM D3201 for moisture resistance. It can be directly used for prefabricated exterior wall enclosures or foldable housing partitions (no on-site secondary processing).

Logistics follows ASTM D4169 packaging standards to prevent edge damage during transit, supporting standardized delivery of modular housing components.

II. Exterior Wall Cement Siding Aluminum: Integrated Material for Prefabricated Housing

This material’s supply chain aligns with AAMA 508 (Aluminum Composite Panels), ASTM E283 (Facade Air Leakage), and ASTM E330 (Wind Load Resistance). Raw materials use AA 3003-series aluminum sheets with fluorocarbon coating (meeting AAMA 2605), ensuring 15 years of outdoor anti-fading/peeling performance.

Production adopts ISO/TS 16949 (automotive-grade quality control); polyurethane adhesives comply with ASTM C954 (no VOC excess). Finished products pass UL 723 (Class A fire rating), ASTM D792 (density), and ASTM C1340 (thermal conductivity) tests, enabling modular installation for prefabricated exterior walls. Pre-drilled American standard mounting holes allow quick assembly with steel frames, boosting construction efficiency.

Supply chain requirements: Raw materials need Material Test Certificates (MTC); production is fully traceable; finished products include compliance reports. Ideal for modular/foldable housing exterior decoration, especially hurricane-prone North American regions.

03

III. Interior Wall Composite Board: Eco-Friendly Material for Modular Housing

The supply chain complies with ASTM C165 (Fiber-Reinforced Cementitious Panels), ASTM E84 (Surface Burning Characteristics), and CARB P2 (formaldehyde limits). Raw materials include American standard-certified low-formaldehyde solid wood particle cores, flame-retardant glass fiber cloth, and adhesives (meeting ASTM D3498). Formaldehyde emission is ≤0.02ppm (well below American standards).

Production uses American standard modular technology; size accuracy is controlled within ±0.5mm, enabling standardized splicing for prefabricated interior walls. It can be directly snap-connected to prefabricated light steel keels (no on-site cutting).

Finished products pass UL 94 (V0 flame retardancy) and ASTM E90 (≥45dB sound insulation), meeting foldable housing’s lightweight, high-soundproofing needs. An electronic traceability system covers the entire supply chain; batch-specific American standard test reports are available. Suitable for prefabricated bedroom partitions and foldable housing functional area division.

IV. Thermal Insulation Cotton (PU): Core Energy-Saving Material for Prefabricated Housing

The supply chain aligns with ASTM C591 (Rigid Polyurethane Foam), ASTM E84 (fire safety), and ASHRAE 90.1 (building energy efficiency). Raw materials use polyurethane compounds (meeting ASTM D2572); flame retardant addition follows UL 94 V0 (oxygen index ≥28%, no toxic gas when burned).

Production adopts ISO 14001; foaming process controls density at 30-40kg/m³ and thermal conductivity ≤0.024W/(m·K), meeting American energy efficiency standards for modular/prefabricated housing. It can be directly filled into prefabricated wall cavities or foldable housing interlayers to form a closed insulation system, reducing energy consumption.

Supply chain requirements: Raw materials need FDA food-contact certification (indirect); finished products pass FM Approvals (fire safety); batch-specific thermal performance reports are included. Moisture-proof packaging (per American standards) prevents transit moisture absorption. Ideal for factory-filled modular components and lightweight foldable housing.

05

V. NFRC-Certified Door & Window Systems: Energy-Saving Solutions for Modular Housing

These NFRC (National Fenestration Rating Council)-certified products follow ASTM E90 (air tightness), ASTM E331 (water tightness), ASTM E1300 (wind resistance), and NFRC 100/200 (energy rating) from design to delivery.

Raw materials include AA 6063-T5 aluminum profiles (meeting ASTM B221), double-layer Low-E insulated glass (meeting ASTM E2185), and ASTM C920-certified sealants—ensuring Class 4 air tightness (American standard).

Production uses American standard modular assembly; size accuracy is controlled within ±0.3mm, enabling precise matching with prefabricated wall openings for factory pre-installation and on-site quick connection. NFRC labels clearly mark key indicators (U-value ≤0.30 W/(m²·K), visible light transmittance ≥0.70), meeting American building energy efficiency requirements.

All products are tested by NFRC-authorized labs; batch-specific certificates are included. Suitable for standardized installation in prefabricated/foldable housing, complying with North America’s strict energy efficiency regulations.

VI. Flooring: Flooring System for Modular Housing

The flooring supply chain strictly complies with American standards including ASTM and UL certifications. Raw materials and substrates are carefully selected, with the surface wear layer meeting American Standard AC5 Class (commercial grade), making it suitable for high-frequency use scenarios in prefabricated and modular buildings.

The production process adopts American-standard modular cutting technology, enabling glue-free and quick splicing that is compatible with the factory prefabricated installation of modular building floors — it can be pre-assembled with prefabricated floor joists into floor modules for direct hoisting and laying on-site.

The finished products must pass moisture resistance tests, compression tests, and formaldehyde safety tests, with an environmental protection grade far exceeding the limits set by American standards. In the supply chain, raw materials must be accompanied by American-standard material certificates, the entire production process is fully traceable, and each finished product leaves the factory with an American-standard test report.

The lightweight design of the flooring meets the portability requirements of foldable buildings, while satisfying the core requirements for floor flatness and durability in modular and prefabricated buildings. It is widely used in floor decoration of North American prefabricated residences and modular office spaces.
